Many agency filings become public records.

- With professionals working on your matter, such as licensed architects or engineers, when you have asked us to coordinate with them.

We keep inquiry and chat records for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up. For clients, we keep matter files for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.
How we protect it

Our services are for property owners, managers and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
